Phil Brandt, President & CEO of AAIM is very happy to announce that AAIM has been awarded accreditation from the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), and will now be formally recognized as BSCC*-Accredited. They are now one of only 48 screening firms in the U.S. who have earned this distinction and the only accredited company located in the State of Missouri. It is estimated that there are more than 3,000 screening firms in the U.S.

In the last several years, the number of screenings performed by AAIM has grown dramatically, posting a nearly 200% increase over a four-year period. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch ran a front page story on the increasing popularity of this service and offered AAIM’s explanation of this growing trend. At that time, they began their pursuit of the NAPBS accreditation which required passage of a rigorous process including an onsite audit conducted by an independent firm. The lengthy process ended just a few days ago with their acceptance of this designation.
