Wage/Salary/Benefits Surveys

AE conducts a wide variety of surveys, covering many different areas of business, helping employers make sound business decisions. Survey results are segmented by industry type, employment size and geographic region. Some surveys are complimentary to all member organizations. Others are complimentary for employers participating in the survey. AE completes all surveys utilizing industry best practices.

Custom Wage & Salary Surveys

Annual Wage & Salary Survey

Associated Employers conducts an annual wage and salary to include over 300 job classifications throughout the Rocky Mountain/Inland Northwest region. All members that participate in the annual survey are provided with a free copy of the results. For members that did not participate, the survey results are available for a fee. This survey is an invaluable source of valid data for our members ensuring their external competitiveness in the market place.

Benefits, Policies and Practices Survey

Associated Employers publishes a Benefits, Policies and Practices survey every other year, which looks at Employee/Community Relations; Pay Practices; Working Conditions; Health and Welfare Benefits; Retirement Benefits; Retiree and Part-Time Benefits; and Recruitment, Training and Development practices. The data is broken down by industry type and participant size and is a survey that enjoys a high level of member participation

National Surveys

Associated Employers has access to a large number of surveys from across the country. We maintain this data to assist our members with their compensation when they have locations in other states. We also participate in a number of National surveys. These surveys contain national data as well as specific data for the Mountain West. All members that participate in the annual survey are provided with a free copy of the results. For members that did not participate, the survey results are available for a fee.
