The Trust requires all enrollments, change forms and waivers to be completed through the online enrollment website. We have created a short 30 minute step-by-step webinar to help you understand the process and save time.
The webinar includes:

- How to review, print and finalize the forms.
- Instructions on how to use the Trust Manager website.
Please remember it is the employer’s responsibility to send the enrollment form to our office for processing after completed online.
